I’m very proud to have co-authored this article about the future of the Lake Champlain cleanup project under the Pruitt-led EPA and the Trump Administration. I focused on the future of the project from a federal level and spoke with folks from the EPA and Vt. Sen. Patrick Leahy’s office.

As I wrote in the article, Leahy, as the Senate’s longest service member and the vice-chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee, is in a great position to save the project. The Lake Champlain project is just one of a number of projects that Administrator Pruitt has proposed cutting.
